Our providers are board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) who actively prescribe and treat substance use disorders in alignment with Oregon Health Plan standards.

Credentials & Scope

  • Board-certified PMHNPs only—no other provider types
  • Suboxone and MAT prescribing for opioid use disorder
  • Completed MSUD CEU training through APNA and AAAP
  • No X waiver required under current federal law

Regulatory Alignment

  • Compliant with federal prescribing standards
  • Credentialing and contracting in progress with CareOregon
  • DMAP enrollment underway for expanded Medicaid access
